How to check us — and anyone else
Two registers decide this, both free and both usable without Dutch. If a seller cannot survive these two lookups, nothing else about the offer matters.
The two lookups that settle it
1. The KvK trade register
Every business trading in the Netherlands has a KvK number. Search it at kvk.nl and you get the registered name and address. No account needed.
2.
It is in English.
3. The licensor
Neither register says anything about broadcasting rights. Ask who licenses the content and for the contract reference. That is the question an unlicensed seller cannot answer.

Rows we cannot yet evidence stay on the page. A register where everything passes reads as advertising.
